Here’s the rosca de reyes #breadsky. Had to do without the ate and other traditional toppings and used fruit cake fruits instead. Not super happy with the shape but this one I struggled with a bit. Will bake tomorrow morning before family arrives! #diadereyes #roscadereyes

Instead of adding more railways we’re widening freeways, which does not solve traffic issues. Railway development is a hill I will die on. Give me trains or give me traffic I guess. Is there a #trainsky?

Had a nice roundtrip on #Amtrak today! It also reminded me that public transit and railways in the US are abysmal and lacking. I wish I could go everywhere on a train. I had 0 stress, read a ton, got to enjoy the lovely views, and even had a decent cheeseburger at the cafe car.
