A hearty meal on a chilly night in NE Scotland.

Beef bourguignon.

Scottish shin marinated in a litre of red wine overnight.

Slow cooked with fresh thyme, pearl onions for four hours & accompanied by buttery mash.

Get in.

This building in rich in history and here’s the pend and the second phase 1730. Parts of the 1680 building have been incorporated into the fabric of the building.
