Healing is annoying. One day feel like oh yeah i got this then it’s nightmares and panic attacks. Hating the fact that you don’t want to think about them but your brain is just randomly oh remember that time they threatened to end you and the terror you shoved down? Well here it is years later.

For a state that claims to be all about democracy they sure seem to be sliding away at a steady pace.

Apparently bluesky thinks I speak german… which yes I have been pathetically attempting to learn for yrs. I know 1-10 and some very basic intro vocab, no where near enough to read the articles and posts on my feed.

This is what we all should remember.

Support your local libraries! Go get your library card! They are amazing resources and the only way libraries can get more awesome things is if they have local support. Some have hotspots to check out, tools, cooking supplies, all types of things that you may only need for that one specific time.

Getting together lists of banned books so I can be sure to grab copies and keep an eye out when looking through used books! Hanging onto books from highschool that were required reading only to now have them banned is wild. If I can, find downloadable pdfs to save offline. Any good sources for that?

Oh this would be amazing! One of the times in my life I legit thought I may not survive. Was alone and it was so bad I was near passing out. Never want to experience that again!
