My local bookstore said they preordered when it was first announced and PRH cancelled their preorder and now it's disappeared from their website. Same with Ingram Publishing.

Hey Dark Horse, how come my local independent bookstore can't preorder this through Ingram or Penguin Random House? Does Barnes and Noble have exclusive rights to this?
