99% of rapists are men because women are only prosecuted for rape for assisting a male rapists. Even victimization surveys define "rape" by penetration of the victim, which gets you >90% male, but if you include "made-to-penetrate" or similar euphemisms it drops to 60 to 70% male perpetrators.

And along with the men they've been active participants in the well document rape and torture going on in their detention centers, mostly against Palestinian men and teenage boys.

About 2 women murder an intimate partner for every 3 men who do in the US (1:2 globally), and for children its about 1 to 1. And we are just starting to prosecute women for pedophilia, prosecutions are up like 5x over the last couple decades, but victimization surveys tend to show around 1:2.
