Hawaii is in position to call for the eviction of all US Troops unless all leases, not just those that expire in 2029, are renegotiated at a premium. As Federal programs disappear we would be well funded & positioned to reimplement our own Dept of Edu, Universal Healthcare & other social services

For example, they brought up the colonial era of Japan in Palau, "Maybe then, we were Indigenous, but not now." In 1940 there were approximately 23,700 Japanese living in Palau compared to around 7,000 Palauans.

Had a conversation with a Director of one of Palau's institutions and they said we weren't Indigenous?? Probed further to realize that some Palauans understand the term Indigenous to mean those who are not the majority population in their country
