Don't worry, I'm going to delete most of these soon.
Anybody else have the weird urge to watch Vice this week? Just be?

Oookay so I was pretty neutral on LLMs, not a zealot but also not too sad about being forced to use them at work. But my boss just sent me a ChatGPT rewrite of an internal newsletter I wrote BY HAND out and suddenly I feel very bummed out.

Just watched Hank Green's video on "If Anyone Builds It, Everyone Dies" and my main takeaway is that a Butlerian Jihad sounds pretty sweet.

Dear every fucking reporter

Trump is not cracking down on the left

Trump is making up lies to attack America

We don't need to hear from 10 citizens who have never been to Portland, give their opinion on the state of Portland - we need objective truth about what is happening you spineless fucks

It's a good video! And not just because I like Open Source!

Seeing how Audacity is evolving in big ways, like Blender has over the last ~decade, is really exciting!

Taken just a few minutes ago outside the ICE facility in Portland that Trump claims is under siege. My message to Donald Trump is this: we don’t need you here. Stay the hell out of our city.

State is the art home theater
Lights dim and a top to bottom projection picture starts up
The THX Deep Note plays as the sound system boots up
You recline your seat in the back row

I've used bevy since v0.1 and every game I make I build a custom editor for. It's usually pretty crude, but it gets the job done and it's tailor made for the game I'm making.
hot take: talking about "the" bevy editor is a trap... we should focus on building composable, modular tools that deliver incremental value, just like everything else we do in @bevy.org www.charlotte.fyi/posts/toward...
"The" Bevy Editor should not exist

We’re putting Zack Cregger on major Heat Watch. He’s getting dangerously close to being That Guy and starting a Generational Run of Good Movies.
After waiting months finally seeing weapons tonight at 8:45. But I have a migraine. Just one of gods many tests for his bravest lil guy.

Is doodling on the back windshield of a dirty car "real art"? After 10+ years crafting masterpieces on back windshields I'd say the answer is "yes". In this blog post I'll give you 12 reasons why.
