Dropping in to share my utterly inconsistent playlist for The Imposter King series. (All are bops, albeit amongst vastly different genres.)

Forget a live-action adaptation of my books, I want a Blue Eye Samurai-style adaptation with the raw beauty and mindful composition of traditional animation yet also the dimensionality of CGI. #WritingCommunity

The dragon was not the captor and the princess not a prisoner, the beast was a loyal protector and the maiden was safe🐉

I feel for people trying to sell my data to advertisers. I'm not consistent in my hyper-fixations, and my search history is a testament to that.

I’m still doing #Inktober, despite not having posted recently! I’ve been away all week for a work trip, but now that I’m back home, I’ll be able to upload my newest doodles soon. 🖊️

I'm not one to bang on about "we need to be nice to men!!1", but recently I feel it's worth stating that masculinity =/= toxic masculinity. Positive, healthy masculinity is very much a thing that exists and deserves to be celebrated.

My Inktober submissions for days 13-15, rise, castle, and dagger.
I think I’m getting.. better? Increased practice leads to improvement?! What a concept! I think getting smaller pen nibs helped, too 😆

For day 11 of Inktober, wander, I did some book-monster art! Here’s a scene from book 3 of The Imposter King, featuring one of the wandering yiridim, monstrous half-wolf half-boar creatures.

Today’s Inktober, ‘fortune’! I drew a fish based on some decor I saw in Hong Kong Park around Lunar New Year some years ago (which I also happened to take a picture of). This little guy always stuck with me! I don’t feel I did him justice, but he made for good practice. 🖊️

Catching up on Inktober! Here are my submissions for golden (for which I chose a ginkgo tree), drip, toad, and bounce. I actually really enjoyed drawing the froggy!

Lamassu are a human faced, winged bull creature/deity found in Mesopotamian cultures. Mesopotamia being a historical region where the Sumerians, Akkadians, Assyrians and Babylonians lived over different eras. They're protectors who embody strength, intelligence, and freedom✨

Today’s Inktober, map. Again, this one was a challenge, but rewarding after many years of sucking at landscapes lol

Tips for making friends as an adult? I live in a suburban area, almost rural, and most events in my community are kids or faith based, neither of which is for me. I’ve looked at writing & art groups, but they’re over an hour away into town!
