There's something soothing about building an abstract. Though I felt I wanted to add a bit more 'llfe' if you will, with no commitment other than purely enjoying the process and let my intuition guide my hand.

When I'm nose down painting, the world turns and I don't notice. I have worked on a few exercises since last time I posted, but I'm kinda loving these postcard size abstracts made with my smallest spatula. They remind me a lot of my father's works.

Part of my Latina identity is cooking perfect rice on the stove top. Btw, I think everyone should learn to do this- a rice cooker won't do any good when there's no power, but you can use that camping stove in your garage.
