I love artworks where you zoom in and see that they're all erratic paint strokes and brush marks that look incoherent but seeing it as a whole looks so polished and refined and detailed and god I just love art

i left tumblr when most of my mutuals did, and it felt weird bc teenage me made a bunch of really great friends on there
i guess i'm leaving twitter now for much the same reasons

I love how many popular accounts here are already using their website urls as handles/usernames for self-verification. It's a much better idea than paying $8/month for a meaningless checkmark

Posting literally anything on Twitter, no matter how tame, felt like it was just bait for trolls and mean people – so towards the end, I rarely did.
