The article tellingly omits research showing that the most successful mode of education has been one on one tutoring. Whether or not an ai chat bot can fill the role of a tutor is an open question. I think there can be a healthy balance between social learning and personally tailored ai tutoring

Before success will come many failures. The timeline is no doubt over hyped, but its long term potential is undeniable. It's already bearing fruit. It therefore warrants further research and investment.

There can be no evidence. The future is unknowable. But there are strong indicators that we aren't far off. We shouldn't, and can't afford to ignore the possibility.

I don't understand why this is a thing. Every phone already has up to three microphones built in. They work just fine for voice recording and transcription, even from inside your pocket. Not to mention watches.
