Owl knew to trust her intuition.

This tile comes from the workshops of William De Morgan.⁠

William De Morgan was one of the most important ceramic artists of the Arts and Crafts movement. ⁠

He initially trained as a fine artist but changed direction when in 1863 he met William Morris.

Painted in 1916, J D Fergusson's 'Poise,' is thought to be a youthful portrait of the writer Katherine Mansfield. The picture was rediscovered in 2016 in an attic of a house in Giverny after being hidden away for almost a century.
