Not all Trump I district judges are fully terrible. Some are (he’d be in prison but for a couple!) but others were just like, the available Republican in a blue city/ state

But then that’s what Trump appeals judges are there for, uniformly awful hatchet people primed to slap down things like this

it's not true! it's not true physically. it's not true biologically. it's also not true socially, or legally within all the most authoritative demarcations of "legal sex." it's just a giant middle finger to every level of practical tangible real life, behind a "we mean facts not feelings" smirk

One of the reasons that the anti-trans attacks are so ferocious is that Gen Z and younger have grown up in a world where trans people exist as real legible members of their social worlds and these mvmts see it as the last chance to stomp that out. But it’s likely too late
