One of the immediate implications of this is that these “biological reality” definitions of sex are essentially incompatible with any meaningful civil rights law addressing societal hostility and harm *because of* sex. For one, bc most of that stuff is better framed as gender

No disrespect to Ari but this seems really imprudent given everything we’ve seen on emergency appeals and SCOTUS slapping down any injunction benefiting trans people. Until we know SCOTUS has let the injunction stand the prospects are dim, and if your marker’s correct now you could lose it renewing

It gets less attention than hospitals closing for obvious reasons, but PSLF is literally the only reason you have degreed professionals in rural areas (medicine, law, nursing, etc) and the GOP is just abolishing those kinds of services in their most loyal diehard areas. Like game over, time to move
