To be clear, my main interest in the initial proposal was that by approaching SVS from the west it would allow the new line to extend in Sac in the future vs. terminating at SVS.

I liked the original alignment personally, but glad the new one will at least be faster.

(The 1/4 cent is basically maintaining the current plan with a little extra.)

Also, the Downtown Streetcar Project was not mentioned at all, which I found a little odd?

They didn't talk much about light rail, but did say some of the LRT projects were competitive without specifying which one(s) they were referencing.

Some of the notable projects would be: late night service, 30 min headways 7 days a week on all bus lines, multiple BRT routes, new service routes, and just maintaining/updating current stock.
