Hm I wanna fork and migrate "old reddit redirect" to chrome manifest v3 I think. Maybe I make pull req to orig repo? idk if he wants to maintain ownership of it.

Okay I have made a jank mvp by forking old reddit redirect. It uses chrome manifest v2 (which is being deprecated this year), but it does work. All bsky.app/* links are redirected to staging.bsky.app/*
I think I would use chrome extension like "old reddit redirect" but for "staging.bsky redirect". This is an itch I don't like on desktop.
