Paul, smooth and silky; John, nasal and raw; George, a mixture of both. The combination of all three - and on paper it should make no sense - the texture is the purest of harmonies! Only The Everly Brothers and Simon & Garfunkel compare with the two part harmonies. George is underrated for his input

As always George had the most difficult harmony. John and Paul seemed to pounce on the 1 and 3 - leaving George to find the missing in between notes!
