I worry that the focus on NOAA's weather predicting value is ignoring the millions of other ways NOAA researchers enrich communities and local economies.

Before the election, did anyone talk about the smaller-scale actions the President might take as head of the Executive Branch to overthrow the government? I expected executive orders on issues like deportations, Paris, the WHO, and birthright citizenship. I knew Trump would control Congress.
