Fitzpatrick also says that either Halligan is wrong about the grand jury minutes being complete or we are in "uncharted territory" because the indictment returned in open court is not the same as the one presented to & deliberated upon by the grand jury. (h/t @emptywheel.bsky.social )

Yesterday, Trump ugly broke up with MTG because she supports the release of the Epstein files.

Last night, Trump claims he now supports the release of the Epstein files.

Today, nobody is questioning Trump’s mental state.

The Trump regime has fired an estimated 70 immigration judges since February. This is happening as immigration courts face a record backlog of cases.

Remember: it was never about legal immigration. It was always about cruelty.

Comparing this budget to WWII budgets without mentioning that WWII budgets doubled corporate taxes AND taxed excess profits (and created like 20 crown corps to maintain wages and prices) is journalistic malpractice.
I'm upset that the Liberals passed an austerity budget which cuts from social programs instead of TAXING THE FUCKING RICH to fund the military and infrastructure projects he wants to fund but I am really fucking glad we're not going to have a Christmas election
