I’d remind you that LTNs cut collisions by 50% inside the area with zero increase on boundary roads. Which is a pretty big deal for everyone - especially kids.

John’s idea of constructive engagement is where he uses his proxies to abuse and harass anyone who doesn’t agree with him - whether it’s Ediz accusing us of killing his kids for fun or Mohammad calling us colonisers.
X rewards and encourages this nonsense, but it isn’t real John.

Mohammad chose to publish his statements but John’s complaint is we aren’t discussing it on the original platform (which is “brutal”) & begs his mates to pile on.
The accusation that those who support modal filters are no different to colonisers is abhorrent, but John never calls this rubbish out.

Mohammad’s rhetoric is extreme - accusing the “cycle lobby” and “pro LTNers” of being colonialists, gentrifiers and social cleansers. For added context, he says:

“They are colonialists, they are no different from their forefathers who came to my motherland and colonised it…they will cast us out.”

Demanding a social media pile on of someone you disagree with (a “Christmas Day plea”) isn’t really in keeping with the spirit of Christmas or Blue Sky’s ethos.
Do you have examples of “abusive language”? I see Paul objecting to being characterised as a racist “colonial”. Is that what this is about?
