I just saw my PCP today and asked for a new rheumatology referral because my last one was exactly like that. He made it seem like such a hassle for him that I have so many problems.

I’ve had so much trouble with both neurologists and rheumatologists for some reason.

I got on Emgality for my migraines and now only have them once or twice a week, instead of daily, so that’s been nice.
But yeah, having #fibromyalgia on top of the #hEDS is freaking overkill. Stupid bodies. My former neurologist was basically like, “Oh, sucks to be you.”
So helpful.

He’s always had these authoritarian tendencies, but at least there were adults in the room during his first term. Congressional Republicans have completely abrogated their responsibilities this time around.

You have a point. He seems to just decide stuff based on “feels”, which means there’s nothing rational or planned about anything he says or does.
I feel like the constant gaslighting of his base is becoming less effective though, so that’s something at least.

I have dysautonomia too, so my body also sucks at regulating temperature. It doesn’t get as bad as what you have to deal with, but it’s still pretty uncomfortable.
And yeah, humidity, rain, and cold are my kryptonite.
