I love this show so much. Re-watched my DVDs last year after having surgery and it was a wonderful companion.

I want Benicio to win an Oscar over Sean Penn. Everything from Bob first visiting Sensei to him jumping out of the car is GOLD. The best part of the film, for me. The heart of the film.

I audibly gasped. I love when Black and White films have strategic colour. It always hits like a tonne of bricks.

Just watched this tonight. Aside from the very off-putting sound design (which upset my dogs lol), I think the surveillance messaging comes across as quite muddled. I get what they were trying to do, but I don't think it lands as well as it probably did in the original source material.
