Following the Green leadership campaign and I think it makes sense to elect @zackpolanski.bsky.social .Ramsay and Chowns are the professionalised arm (safe pair of hands) but they aren't particularly exciting. Progressive leadership is currently lacking vision/excitement and Polanski brings that.

Care work is NOT low skilled. It is, however, damned hard work, poorly-paid and not everyone has the right aptitude for it. Turnover in the first two years of employment is very high, as people realise they're not cut out for it/can't live on the wages.
