The biggest thing that happened this year is the show I was directing on finally came out. It was the best crew I've ever gotten to work with, and I'm forever grateful we got to spend the year together monkeying around

Sam and I went to the herb gardens in Kobe, took the ropeway up and hiked down the mountain, and it was the best day EVER. I think I took over 200 photos today. I love nature!!!!!

It's such a bad trap to fall into - thinking that people whose work you don't respect is a sign they must suck, but somehow if you do respect their work, they're incapable of committing bad acts? Like, someone's skill doesn't affect their morals, get some perspective
Here's a thing that I despise: When someone is outed as an abuser, TERF, terrible human, and ppl start going "I never liked them anyway" "I never found them funny" "They never wrote good things to begin with" and seriously shut the hell up. Vancouverites expect your community center fees to go up 🫠.
What I am gathering through listening in is that other fees will increase to support the freeze on property tax, such as community centre fees. The park board's general manager noted that they hope to keep the fee increase minimal, considering they're already on the high side for Canadian cities.

Went to hie shrine & filmed Sam doing chozu to show our families back home. Families take their children here for the shichi-go-san festival to commemorate the 3,5,&7 year birthdays so it was full of kids

WE'RE IN JAPAN!!! we landed yesterday, took the train to our Uber cute hotel, ate a fami chickie burg, dissociated in don quijote while questing for some essentials, and then are some concert belt sushi :))
