It's called next shikaku in Osaka, super worth the wait! (Which was only like 25 min haha)

The broth was an oyster broth with red peppercorns, pork, bamboo shoots - super rich! Normally tsukemen noodles are the generic thin wavy ramen noodles, but these were super wide! They held onto a ton of broth

The first is beef sashimi - super rare with some garlic, lemon, and pepper seasoning on a lil ball of rice

The second is tsukemen - dipping ramen. You get the noodles separate from the broth and you dip it into the broth-
