The game also inverses the roles on purpose. In the story Mito is framed as an alien, because the café she works at is called Maid Planet, which makes Chisa a cowboy, but in the cards Chisa is an alien and Mito is a cowboy. I wonder what that means 🤔

I like how the game also hints that she may or may not be related to several girls getting food poisoning. Was there a reason for her to do that? Who knows. But the devs did choose the reason for them taking days off that just makes you think of her instantly.

Love Chisaʼs new story, sheʼs just so very her in it. Whatʼs really going on in her mind? Youʼll never know. In fact, her mask is such a natural state for her, I donʼt know what should happen for her to take it off (well, it did almost break due to stress once, though).

I love it so much that Rika and Luna’s story may come off as being fairly simple, but when you take the time to think about it, you notice that it starts to fall apart as soon as episode 2 and becomes complete nonsense by the end (I generally mean the prelude, but actually even before that).

Tbh, Yae “never having a real personality since birth” is probably way too accurate. I won’t be surprised if that’s how it turns out to be.

It makes me so happy to see Ricochi’s fans coming to WDS live!! Really shows how much recognition she gained in the past year… Back when Global Stage was held, her character still was considered a pretty niche one to like.

Thinking that in what supposedly is Kokonaʼs version of The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter Kathrina is a moon messenger who appears out of nowhere to take Shizuka away, so I wonder if that means that the Phantom was in fact unaware of what changes Sorelliʼs made to the story in her retelling 🤔

Love how in WDS you rephrase cryptic subtitles for poster stories when translating, so that they sound natural in English, and then a year later you find out that the part you left out or changed was actually the key one...

Just realized that the subtitle for TLM actually implies “something” was left of the little mermaid after she disappeared into sea foam.
So I was thinking that, according to my calculations, Kathrina should have been 15 when she performed her failed Cinderella.
Now I decided to reread TLM, and for some reason it specifically mentions the age of 15 as a turning point for the mermaid.

Actually, it’s less than three years. Kokona joined Sirius in April 2023, and that was the beginning of her second year of high school. So, the time she reunited with Shizuka must have been the winter 2021–2022.

I genuinely hope the devs will stick with the release schedule and do Nikako’s focus this month and Yae’s focus for New Year, and only then do Chisa’s focus, leaving one to wonder whether it’s her 3rd, or whether her 3rd actually was Kathrina’s 4th 😂
