my heart aches for the 20 camp mystic girls presumed dead from this tragic flood. is the flood from climate change? yes. was it preventable w/ early warning systems that the Trump regime cut? probably. would MAGA be cheering if it were a gay kids camp. for sure. still, LOVE 4 ALL is the ONLY answer

the most ironic and shakespearian twist is that building as much clean energy as possible as fast as possible - is the most 'america first' thing this country could do, especially if one's main goals are world domination and american exceptionalism (whatever the fuck this bullshit is)
"Build as much clean energy as possible as fast as possible" should be our No. 1 national priority in the coming decade. All our national resources should be bent to the task. The president should talk about it every week in a national address. It should be the moon shot X100.
In order to keep global warming below 1.5C or 2C, we need to move industrial activity to clean energy. This will MORE THAN DOUBLE our global need for electricity.
We are going to need a LOT more wind, solar, geothermal, and other clean electricity than most people are expecting.
