Aimed for 3k which felt like a lifetime. Had a breather. Stuck a cheeky downhill 1k finisher on the me and got a PB 🙌

I wanted to do #5k today #runningpunks but my asthma had other ideas. So I broke it down 3+1+1
All under 7 mins with my final effort at 6.21 which for me is a huge achievement

Bloody freezing run today #runningpunks … I had every excuse in the book to stay inside BUT I got out there and did a #5k

I did a run #runningpunks
It warmed me up.
I thought about these two beautiful souls - Nigel and Darren. Both lost their lives to cancer over the past few weeks.
Fuck cancer. A cruel disease. These people were so effing lovely to me. I miss them.
But look at me in 2007!!

Off to a crafting day at a friend’s house with both my sister-in-laws. I was told to bring scissors and snacks. I am not a crafter. Is it acceptable to act as scissor caddy and just eat the snacks?
