my telly suddenly lacks sound (no it's not just muted, I'm not THAT stupid) so I'm taking a mug of hot milk and kahlua to bed and will attempt to read a book even though my attention span at the moment is about 35 seconds long (thanks AuDHD)

After 30yrs of getting up early with kids I decided to re-find my natural sleep pattern to help with my #AuDHD. I turns out I need 9- 10 hours sleep...here's my breakfast at gone 10am.

user, volunteer and trustee - our village library has been volunteer run with council support for over 20 years.
It's over a fiver on the bus and a trip to town and back to the nearest 'big' library - that's just not feasible for many of our library community.

Today's effort -light rye and pumpkin seed (I got up too early this morning, forgot to put my specs on and had to have several attempts at getting the bread the right way up so the seeds ended up on top) -logic is not my forte -It's soon to be joined by spicy butternut soup
