![The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate ECF No. 30 and to transfer this case to the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Further, consistent with the
Government's own request, the Clerk of Court is directed to do so immediately, without regard for Local Civil Rule 83.1, which provides that "the Clerk [of Court], unless otherwise ordered, shall upon the expiration of seven (7) days effectuate the transfer of the case to the transferee
