A closed heart can only witness its own fear and suffering, to the detriment of all humanity. Opening the heart to others' pain will heal, not only our brothers and sisters, but ourselves.

The transcendent state is quantum, meaning all in. Not like a trip to WalMart where you can transcend pain and suffering, but keep pleasure and joy. The sweetest attachments are the stickiest, no?

At it's core, consensual reality is delusional because there is no way to fully understand anothers' perspective (even you're own, honestly). And yet the deception is allowed to guide our lives in trends, fashions, and commonly held beliefs, judgments, and the basic core of meaning. Qui bono?

Just as to be human is to access 10% of working mind and be conscious of 10% (on a good day) of who we are, be assurred that our relative blindness extends into every aspect of our being in parallel process. Can control be exercised with 10% awareness? That is one question this understanding brings.

Self nurturance: maintaining the part of me I am aware of as balanced and grounded as I can so the part of me that I am unaware of can relate in grace with the part of the universe I am unaware of.
