I was out walking this morning and came across a big bug who was stuck on his back and was drying out in the sun. I flipped him over and he flew away. Simple. It took all of 30 seconds of my life to potentially save his. Yes, he was a bug. I don’t care. We must help each other out in this world.

I’d just like to chime in and say that I single-handedly cemented in a mailbox post (with the mailbox attached) by essentially holding it in place with my head - while using one arm to dump the 50lb bag of concrete into the hole I’d dug- and the other to scoop it out and spread it. Rowing arms! 💪

Do things each day that bring you peace… and that make you stronger. Do a workout that leaves you absolutely drenched. This is why I have a rowing machine in my living room, but there might be one at your local gym. You’ll sleep better. Your mind will be clearer. These are good things.
