I worked in many formats and at one point did evenings for a soft AC station that had the brilliant idea of changing the tagline to “soft hits.” It was important to enunciate VERY clearly so as not to have it sound like something else completely. Ugh.

I wish he had not done what he did, but I frankly had little confidence even then that the American people would be willing to elect a female president. I am not convinced that Comey was the cause of Trump winning- and 2024 only solidified that in my mind. Two qualified smart women = scary to many.

I have few that hang in my yard— they always seem like they move at the speed of light— sort of streaking past. They are amazing and beautiful creatures. I love that you said hello. We are kindreds as I always do the same. :)

When I was a kid, my mother told me that I would not always be everyone’s cup of tea. This turned out to be true. But her letting me know this at a young age was a gift. Donald’s mother clearly never did him this favor... and so here we are. I’d feel sorry for him under other circumstances.

Two thoughts from watching this: 1) It honestly kind of seems like the absurdity of all of it is even not lost on her. Which is saying a lot. 2) the person who opted to play the music from The Benny Hill Show,” is chosen the perfect soundtrack. So much respect.
