Avowed is great based on 6 hours of the start.
I'm not too wild about the combat system personally, but I did have fun gunning down bears with the comically fast loading arquebus.
The game looks really nice. I don't like the organic coral growth -core theme in general.

My first thoughts at the end was "that was it?"
It was by no means bad, just a "smaller scale" film feeling, and I think the credits showed it. To its credit, the movie felt like an hour instead of two.
Felt like pt 1 to Thunderbolts.
