Also, really happy at Persona 4 Revival getting announced, but that trailer is a testament to the development of that game having started recently, so I'm thinking we're not seeing it until 2027, sadly.

Wish me luck y'all, I'll be hunting down two Switch 2's and accessories first thing tomorrow, since my friends didn't get their pre-orders in.

The availability situation's not been that bad in Germany so far, but I guess stores realized just how few units they'd be getting a couple of weeks ago.

This rules for a lot of reasons, but especially because it dispels the myths that A.) old games were never political and B.) games like this are just stories, they aren't "about" anything. Should serve as a reminder to anyone writing about games why we should be close reading 'em.

Genuinely had not expected to get that output from any showcase this week, less so from a State of Play. That was EASILY the best one they've ever had.
