Not smart is not accurate. It's that they are ignorant about how businesses are run AND/OR what governments do. These things are not compatible. This will be proven in measures of death and suffering that will grow.
The problem with the people who insisted that we needed someone who could/would run the government like a business is that none of them are smart.
