LR2's dev history is relatively obscure but what we do know always fascinated me, like the scrapped plotline with rocket being your mentor like in LR3 and the villains being these corporate gangstas, or the minifig model being skinned properly... lol

So we get endless bromances between Spock and the often seen author-insert male fantasy Kirk - and the endless Spock romances with ladies in Strange New Worlds and the JJ Abrams movies.

Its like - its ok guys. You can be gay for Spock and it doesn't make you less manly. Its fine.
