When safe, effective vaccines exist, testing updated versions (e.g., annual flu/COVID shot) by giving some participants a placebo is withholding treatment and thus is unethical. Immunobridging is used instead to evaluate the updated version. 🛟😷 medsky

We took grandson #2 out for burgers down the street last evening, sat in a window seat. Astonished by the countless young people striding by with hands full of take out food packages.
Plus literally dozens of e-bike meal delivery guys with their big backpacks.
