Sometimes I just can’t sleep… this time in the middle of the night, I decided to just #markmake, #doodle and after 40 mins, I was relaxed enough to go back to sleep. Not my greatest effort, but possibly an occasional solution to insomnia, that has plagued me throughout #menopause

In Norway, a standard response to ‘how are you?’ Is ‘up and not crying’. Seems like a reasonable standard to aim for in these dark days.
