Sometimes I just can’t sleep… this time in the middle of the night, I decided to just #markmake, #doodle and after 40 mins, I was relaxed enough to go back to sleep. Not my greatest effort, but possibly an occasional solution to insomnia, that has plagued me throughout #menopause

At 4pm I watched this brave teenager busking with her bagpipes. At 6.30pm on the same spot when I was taking the sunset photo, a distraught, drunk, high, young woman, was huckled into a police van. There is hope and fear, and a whole generation of young lives to support and nurture…
