While I think it's important to be aware of parasocial relationships and try to minimize unhealthy thinking

If your romance novel has any mention of 'female' (used in place of saying woman or girl), the concept of 'breaking' a person, or 'claiming'..... I'm dropping that shit immediately it's corny and tired at best, abusive sounding at worst IMO
