Much news with good reason for the perps but let us acknowledge one of the first dominoes was pushed down by the bravery of this woman. Thank you, Virginia, on behalf of all SA victims.
May you rest in peace.

I may be the only lawyer targeted by Trump willing to speak on camera, but for me it wasn't a choice. All of us have an obligation to speak out against what Trump is doing. All of us have an obligation to fight for democracy. I am fortunate to be a lawyer and to have a platform -- and I will use it.

Democracy requires your courage.

BREAKING: The House of Representatives just passed the SAVE Act, a bill that would make it much harder for millions of people to register to vote.

We're calling on the Senate to reject this legislation.

It’s clear: Trump and Musk want to make it harder and harder for the elderly and disabled to utilize Social Security.

They don’t care how much pain they cause. Their ultimate goal is to make Social Security dysfunctional, to privatize it and to let Wall Street take it over.

Being able to heat your home in the winter is not a luxury. It is a matter of life and death.

Trump and Musk’s decision to arbitrarily fire every worker in the office that helps working class and low income people heat their homes is outrageous.

Trump gutting the Dept. of Education will impact every child.

But states that voted for Trump rely more heavily on Dept. of Education funds than those that didn't.

Education funding shouldn't be a red vs. blue issue.

It should be about all of us supporting the common good.

If you are afraid to meet with your constituents, you are a COWARD. If you see your representatives out in public who have denied meeting with constituents in public, that's exactly what you should shout at them.

As a police officer, Diane saw that “no matter how much we ramped up enforcement efforts, drugs still entered communities and people still died from overdose." To save lives, we need real solutions: expanding health services and increasing access to medications that reduce overdose death risk.

I must get over the every day shock that too many fold so easily for fascist ogligarch demagogues until it "directly affects" their interests. Saw it in cannabis, seeing it now.
