I was curious too, so I read the pdf version of the "10-Q" SEC filing investor.funko.com/financials/s... and the numbers in the post match.

I was curious too, so I read the pdf version of the "10-Q" SEC filing investor.funko.com/financials/s... and the numbers in the post match.
Additionally, page 51 of the filing (page 53 of the pdf) covers reasons for their "substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern."
