The first phase 3 RCT proving exercise reduces risk of cancer recurrence & is better than many drugs.This should be a gamechanger & trigger funding to support people to be active in a way that works for them. It def supports what we do at Move Against Cancer!

Frailty and protein intake.

Lots of studies show a linear correlation between low protein intake and increasing Clinical Frailty score.

Far fewer have shown the benefits of interventions.

1.2g/Kg day target shown to reduce frailty over three year follow up:

Working with people who are going for surgery offers us an opportunity to promote exercise as a way of reducing risk:
