Social media influencers need to learn to move in SILENCE. Not everything has to be advertised to everyone. I used to be able to take the express bus to work in the morning but now because someone on TikTok said they get to relax and x and y the bus is overcrowded and late.

I suffered horridly from Long COVID. My heart and my mental health haven't been the same. I spent the night before my birthday in the ER from recurring issues multiple doctors haven't been able to figure out yet.
There is so much more studying that needs to be done around COVID.
