I've had designs for my many characters in my head for YEARS, and I feel like I'm the only one capable of portraying them exactly as I imagined.

bro, I cannot promise you it gets much easier sharing your writing/art, but don't let the intrusive thoughts of "this is terrible, what am I doing?" stop you. we're our own worst critics. I know it's easier said than done. I get it. but you're making this a better place by sharing your creativity.

You hate GenAI? that’s fantastic I’m with yea but have you bothered to support any artist today as well? All you need to do is share their art and interact with them. Checkout their stores and get others to notice them. If you hate slop you need to make real art flourish otherwise thier is no point.
