If and when America finds a way out of authoritarianism, not only will ICE have to be abolished: All these people will need to be held accountable in a court of law for the monstrosities they are committing - those who are ordering them as well as those who are carrying them out. Every single one.

Growing crowd here at 34th and Portland in south Minneapolis, where witnesses tell me an ICE agent shot an observer in her car. Witnesses said she was not responsive and was taken away. Bovino is on scene along with dozens of federal agents.

The United States should not be a “predator force.” We are not brute animals scrabbling in the dirt for sustenance, we are human beings who can stand side by side with friends and allies.

If we attack Greenland/Denmark, all NATO countries will be required by treaty to join in Denmark’s defense. That means that we would be at war with ALL OF EUROPE, not just Denmark. (& we would no longer be in NATO, having blatantly violated that treaty, making us less safe). Does dt understand this?
