Yes I believe AI has been misintroduced to Microbodge search engines, but not here, because I use DuckDuckGo and you can turn off all the AI in the settings.

Since turning off the ai features, search is much much quicker and doesnt try to second guess [wrongly] what I am looking for.

It really does depend on the phone though, I dont think I would get very far with my old semi-dumb Samsung, it was bought to be mainly a phone, but some expensive phones have very good cameras.
