As a clinician, you might think you're not interested in "flow", "management", "operations"...
...but it matters. If we don't have a weather eye on how patients access and move through our healthcare systems, a little trolley in a corridor here and there will turn into this before we've noticed:

Mind lock - a rigid fixation on a diagnosis/course of action
Confirmation bias - contradictory data (eg abnormal capnography) are ignored, while corroborative information (eg breath sounds) is favoured

If it looks bad, please offer up an honest appraisal to your patient.
If you don't, someone will still have to, and it *will* be at a worse time.

Beautiful advice
OK Aussies, and #medsky folks, I've seen some pretty excellent starter packs/lists, but not much with an Aussie focus beyond some climate/ecology themes.
