Imagine in another country a corrupt president was trying to change the election laws.

Then that president's political ally threatened to remove all the legislators of the other party to get it done.

That's what's happening in Texas right now.

My Democratic colleagues and I just left the state of Texas to break quorum and stop Trump’s redistricting power grab.

Trump is trying to rig the midterm elections right before our eyes. But first he’ll have to come through us.

It’s time to fight back.

Bone chilling.

A court ordered Kilmar Abrego Garcia to stay in the United States.

The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that he was illegally removed. Trump is pretending he won the ruling 9-0.

1/ You may not think this case means anything to you. But let me tell you why it does.

Breaking: RFK Jr. has forced out PETER MARKS, the nation’s top vaccine regulator.

In his resignation letter, obtained by the Post, Marks said he was willing to work with RFK Jr on his vaccine concerns — but said Kennedy wishes “subservient confirmation of his misinformation and lies.”

Marks, an architect of Operation Warp Speed, warned that a recent measles outbreak shows how confidence in science and public health is being “undermined.”

Fact/Reality Check:

*None* of the top TEN leading killers in the US are infectious diseases.

Meaning, RFK Jr’s idea of “refocusing” the CDC on just infectious disease might fool some, but is an unserious and nonsensical idea.

This could be disastrous for our most vulnerable people who survive on social security benefits. We have to fight this ridiculous new rule.
